Is the ordering at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall(Princess Storybook Dining) buffet and ala cart together or do you order from 1 of them.

The cold appetizers are buffet style and then you order off of the menu. They are 3 or 4 items to chose from.

This was how it was for lunch not too sure about dinner.

Breakfast is a combination of family style and buffet. It is wonderful - the cinnamon rolls are truly addicting!

The cold buffet had fruit, cheeses and smoked meats, as well as a few pastries. The hot portion of the meal is served family style - eggs, sausages, hash brown casserole and bacon.

We are doing a late lunch. So if anybody has anything on how the lunch is done please let me know. We have a party of 4 with 3 of us ordering from the adult entree and 1 very picky child so if it is only chicken nuggets or mac n cheese then that is right up her ally. Is the child allowed to eat from the cold bar? She does love salads which only includes lettuce, cucumbers, broccoli and cheese (lots of cheese). If she sees anything that resembles onions or tomatoes she want touch it.
