If you are staying at the Disneyland Hotel can you use the entrance in Grand Cali to get into DCA? Can you swim at the other resort pools?

Yes, all Disneyland Resort Hotel guests can use the Grand Californian entrance to California Adventure.

No, you cannot pool hop to other resort pools.
