The Visa Discount has never been a "seperate" discount.

What it has been is the ability for Disney Visa people to book the seasonal promotion 3-4 days early. (example: Disney Visa on Monday, then the same package is opened to general public on Thursday)

So if there was a Visa Offer, it would be the exact same thing as the offer that was released. No additional discount.
