Okay, those of you staying on points know that DVC really doesn't give upgrades on rooms.

That all changed for me yesterday! :thumbsup:

We checked into a "standard view studio" at the BWV (moving to a 1BR on Sunday). We have been upgraded to a 1BR waterview room for the entire stay.

May not sound like a huge deal, but since it so rarely happens with DVC, I was pretty happy!

That's great! Did you have to ask? or were they just being really nice? I wonder if they overbooked their studios and didn't have one ready, so they gave you the 1bdr for free.
