Anyone know if they changed this place to a quick serve? Leaving for a BB tourney in 7 days and just heard there will be no wings and beer.

Yes, it was replaced by a Disney owned and operated Quick Service location by the same name in November 2007.

The new offerings include cold and hot sandwiches, soups, salads, desserts and fountain beverages.
