Opinions Please: Best CS for Quick Meal @ a Monorail Resorts

Hi everyone,
We will be arriving mid/late afternoon so we will not be using up a Park ticket on our first day. Instead, we plan to to visit the monorail resorts and I would love to hear your opinions as to which resort has the best options for a quick CS dinner.

I hope you don't mind if I fifth Capt'n Cooks, I love the flatbreads, my boys grab suishi and split an Aloha Pork Sandwich and the desserts include huge muffins which we grab for breakfast the next day.

Don't go to the Tempo Grab & Go at the Contemporary. The selection is very limited due to the fact that it's a temporary CS.
