How about a trip to California....fly into San Francisco, drive down the coast (a beautiful and romanitc drive) and then end the journey with a couple of day at Disneyland.

My DH doesn't want to either, but we're trying to start building a house. Thing is, I've been under the impression we would start early spring 2009 and he just told me Tuesday spring 2010. So I may just go and leave him at home alone...

For me I would keep working on him but if all else fails I would start planning an amazing trip for the next year. Maybe stay at a different resort, upgrade to the next resort category if you stay moderate or value, or try something new.

A this stage of my life(44) I need a vacation to look forward to to get through the year. I have found that it does not have to be WDW. DW and I just returned from a great week in the black hills of SD. Had a great time -- totally relaxing -- unlike WDW. Be patient- you will get to go again. Don't skip vacation all together though--find something.
