Is it time for a new lanyard?

I have about 20+ pins and I bought the lanyard back in 2000 (I believe when pin trading just started) Do you have more than one lanyard or do you just stick them all on one? :mickey:

My extended family move old ones into pin books and keep the newer ones on the lanyard.:mickey:

Personally I never used a lanyard I always kept my traders in my camera bag and then transferred them to a pin bag.

My kids have two lanyards each but they were crowded. We just bought them each a small bulletin board for thier rooms and they are on that. (The backs are in a ziploc bag). Before our next trip, we'll get some to trade and put them on their lanyards.

The lanyards irritate my neck. I keep all my pins in a pin book.

DD6 has 4 FULL lanyards right now hanging off of her bed. DH ends up wearing the lanyard on our trip, though. I have an empty one that I have packed away for next week. And I have one lanyard with my resort/special pins.

I used a lanyard once and one of my pins fell off of it luckily I heard it fall but since then I haven't used one. I just keep the pins I'm trading in my pocket. The rest are in a pin bag.

Our pins that we collect have far outgrown our lanyards. We display them at home in a deep frame in our Disney room. We buy trader pins from Ebay to use for the next trip so they can trade without giving up their 'good' pins.
