Well, after starting months ago in Athens, the Olympic Torch arrives in Beijing, China today, for the start of the 2008 Summer Olympics!

Don't know about you, but Jamie, Little Nigel and I just love the Olympics. We'll be watching as much as we can over the next 2 weeks (and we don't watch much TV on a regular basis).

Anywho, I think Mary Lou Retton has a real shot at the gold medal again this year...Oh, wait, she's not competing? :secret:

I'm sure we all have our favorite Olympics moment, what's yours? Mine is the time that the Olympic Torch was on its way through New Orleans, and Bret borrowed it to light the grill. It was a very moving moment... :blush:

I'll be watching the Olympics too. This should be an interesting year. Here at home, I'll be competing in the laundry Olympics. I need to conquer Mt. Washmore.

Found out this morning that someone from my firm is competing so I'll be looking for the Judo competition to watch here.
