Shia Labeouf arrested!

If I am not mistaken, this may be the second time Shia has been arrested! As a big fan of him and he is one of my crushes, I am starting to get annoyed with him. I think he may have been arrested for DUI or drugs, can't remember. Does anyone think that he needs to get a hold of himself?:mad:

He was arrested for the thing he did in Walgreens but I don't think he's in jail right now. From my crash it smashed his two fingers on his left hand and he had to have extensive surgery. There are pictures of him surfacing walking around the outside of the hospital so I don't think he's been arrested. They're also saying that even though Shia was probally intoxicated that it was the other drives fault because he ran a red light and Shia was turning on a green light. :mickey:
