New DSLR

Hi, I am looking at either the Canon EOS XS, XSi, or EOS 40D. Anyone have any of these? Suggestions?

I don't have one. I have a nice Pentax DSLR. I would suggest, of course, looking at the Pentax K20D (which I don't have). Also, and this is just me, but I would look at the Nikon line of cameras as well. I know a lot of professional photographers, and that is what they all use.

I have a Canon 20D which I've had for several years. I like it very much. I've looked at the Canon 40D and like some of the new features. When it comes to professional photographers, it is almost evenly split between those who love Canon and those who like Nikon. I'm a Canon person myself. I had a couple of 35mm SLRs before my digital one.
