China Island Chicken Salad at RFC

Everytime I go to RFC, I always get the China Island Chicken Salad. Has anyone ever gotten this? love it, hate it?
I love it, and if you've had it: do you know what exactly is in it...I want to make it at home.

Can't help you with the recipe, but that's what I eat whenever we're at RFC. Everytime we go I'm determined to try something new, but I end up with the chicken salad--I love it!

It has grilled chicken, romaine and iceberg lettuce, rice noodles, toasted sesame seeds, shredded carrots, and chopped scallions. I think that's everything. Very yummy! If you google Rainforest Cafe China Island Chicken Salad there are several websites with the recipe to make the dressing as well. :thumbsup:

It is the only thing that I get at RFC. It is the best item on the menu. I love the dressing that comes with it. However I don't know how they make it. It's been awhile since I've been there.
