What's the going per point rate for DVC? We looked last time we were there but the timing just wasn't right. I am curious because with all you hear about California and Florida being the biggest hot spots of this real estate mess I was wondering if had affected the DVC as well? I realize that DVC is not like real property, but I was just wondering if there was any correlation? Or perhaps some correlation to this "recession" we are in that people need to ditch the DVC on the cheap to raise cash? Are the resale sites on average cheaper now than say 3 or 5 years ago?
