Have you ever been at WDW when something completely random happens that catches you off guard? I had one experience when I was there in 2005. Me and my then BF were eating hotdogs inside one of the eateries in Pleasure Island and we were sitting by the window looking outside at all the drunk people (there were a lot of them that night!!). So I am taking a bite of my hotdog and all of a sudden a guy wearing no pants and no underwear comes running by the window!! :jaw: I turned to ask my BF if he saw what I just did but he was laughing too hard to answer me!! I just about choked on my hotdog! I got a full frontal view of that man!!! LOL!!! People do some crazy things!!

Anyone else have any stories?!?

OMG. This was at Disney World? Which park? I hope he was arrested! :(

The craziest thing I ever saw were people getting dive-bombed by pigeons at the McDonalds outpost in Epcot. They would knock the trays out of peoples hands to steal thier fries. I felt bad for the people, but it was really funny.:mickey:

We were recently at Cosmic Ray's at MK-WDW in June and there was a family who had "saved" a table by putting their water bottles on the table . Anoter family came bye ( did not speak english) and moved the 3 bottles and sat there. *NOTE- there were NO other seats available. When the next family came back, ( about 10 of them.) there was an arguement, but the one family had no idea what was going on. So anyway the family decided to sit on the ground, all around the original table. So they did and ate their meal. the family on the table ( French i think) just ate their meal. It was clogging up the aisles and 2 of the kids actually were on the floor right next to our table.
i kept asking them if they followed a strange religion that didnt allow them to sit on tables and stuff like that-
I laughed and meant to take a picture, now i wish i did.
they tried to embarrass the family, but in reality they just looked like idiots.

Another crazy thing I saw was a girl walking around in the FOUNTAIN at the America Pavillion in Epcot stealing the change.

Come on. Really?

And guess what- I did take pictures, right before I got a CM to call security. When I left she was begin escorted out of the fountain. It was really a sight. :D

We were in the American Pavilion also and saw some kids stealing the money out of the fountain. The thing with this was, the parents sent the kids to take the money. They would grab a handful of change, run back to mom and dad, give them the money, and go back for more.

Obnoxious, isn't it?? :ack:

Seriously, I have no problem asking for security to get these jokers removed. If they are that hard up for $$ then they should have gone to work that day instead of Epcot. I am an extremely tolerant person but that is just plain ridiculous. :noway:

When we were there in May, we were leaving Epcot (with the rest of the world) after Illuminations, and we saw this young man (maybe in his 20's) steal a flag from one of the poles in Norway. This was a big flag mind you, the guy put it on like a cape and started walking away with it. DH went up to the next CM he saw and told him about it. (I think the CM was some sort of manager) we continued to follow the young man, and we were almost out of the park when that same CM came running up and cornered the guy. We stopped so we could see what was going to happen (nosy aren't we?!) The CM said something to the guy and they talked for a minute then the guy handed the flag to the CM, and walked out of the park.

I'm sorry but it doesn't matter where you are, if it doesn't belong to you, then keep your doggone hands off of it!

What would possess people to steal things (and money) from WDW. I would never in a million years think of taking money from a fountain, at Disney or anywhere. That is someone's wish for crying out loud!!

And the guy stealing the flag from Norway, that took some nerve!

I have no real random stories to tell, but I did have an argument with a dad and a stroller one night at MK for EMH. He said I cut him off as we were entering the turnstile lines. I told him that I did not mean to. I honestly didn't even see him. He carried on something crazy. You would have thought that I stole his child's shirt off his back or something. I told him, somewhat sarcastically, that I did not mean to cut him off and by all means he should get in front of me. He declined and kept up the carrying on. So being the bigger person, and well the adult in the situation, I removed my self and DD from the situation and got into another line. We still made it through the turnstiles before him and his family :thedolls:! My DD and I then headed into the line for the EMH bracelets as he and his family ran off. About a half hour later they were scrambling back to the front of the park either to exit or to get their bands. Either way I had a chuckle!

Many years ago, while waiting in line for the SkyWay we had this older Canadian couple cutting up through the line in front of everyone. We were al making comments but they just ignored us. Well we were fairly close to the front, with them about 10 people in front of us, when the CM asked for a party of 2.
I guess they didn't speak English very well because we raised our hands and ended up going in front of them. They looked so confused to see us pushing our way in front of them!
