I won't be able to go get my own this year and I want to try making some at home. I printed the receipe from Intercot, and got my ingredients...but I have no idea how much schoolbread this will give me. Has anyone made schoolbread using the receipe on here? Any tips? It seems like it would make a lot, and my DH isn't as fond of this as I am so I'm thinking I should cut it in half but I'm not sure. Plus it doesn't tell you how much custard to make...so any input would be great!

No one has tried to make this before? That's not encouraging!

Yes, we've made it. It was delicious! Not as good as the ones at Epcot - it was lacking the atmosphere I'm sure. ;)

If I remember correctly, it made 10 of them, but we were really good at judging the sizes we were making. Some were small & some were giant. I just bought the "jello pudding" type custard in the box. I think you would do just fine with one box if you go that route since it is just you. If you share it though, it will go fast!
