Places NOT on the dinning plan

I'm trying to formulate a reference list of Table Services places NOT on t he dinning plan. We'll be there during free dining (but are not personally on the dinning plan because we are staying @ the Dolphin) and have several ressies, but also a few days w/out ressies (we don't like to be tied down too much). However, I'm trying to think of places that are not on the dinning plan (I know a walk-in at those locations are much more likely since almost everyone has free dinning this time of year and the crowds shy away from these non-dinning plan places. So, little Help?

Bongos Cuban Café
The Dining Room at Wolfgang Puck Cafe
House of Blues

Teppan Edo in the World Showcase was not on the dining plan when we were there in Feb. You may want to check for sure.
