Finally Met With Make A Wish For Hayden!!

YEA!! We finally made it!! Make a Wish came out Sunday and talked to us about Hayden's wish. The funny thing is they didn't even have to ask they just knew by our house that he wanted to go back to Walt Disney World :blush:(Our house is covered in Disneyanna and the walls all sport personalized autographs to Hayden)

They asked when we would like to go and we said probably mid October hopefully the week of October 10 since that is Hayden's 33 month birthday and Eva and I's 10 year wedding anniversary.

They want to put us up at Give Kids The World and we will have 6 days and 7nights to go ad do what we want. Mostly we will be in the world but I think we will be taking a day to take Hayden to Seaworld as he loves aquariums.

They are setting up a special lunch for us and Mickey, plus getting us tickets to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.

That is all the details I have so far, but they said if there was anything else we wanted to let them know and they would do whatever they could to help us. I am thinking of asking if they can set up a special meet with some characters as that is what Hayden really likes.

I'm so happy for you guys. Take advantage of anything they can do for you that is what they are there for. I hope no one gets upsets about how I worded that. From one parent with a child with a serious health issue to another I know sometimes we try to do everything ourselves and don't want to ask for special favors. I think this is the time for you to ask for the things you would love for Hayden to experience and wouldn't be able to do otherwise. I hope you have a great time.

3) I volunteer there monthly, and they do such a fantastic job.
4) It is an actual development, and not just a hotel or small resort.
5) Sometimes kids spend their whole time there and don't do WDW.
