Is it true that you can't make an ADR for the Rainforest Cafe in DTD? I tried to make one and the CM told me they don't take reservations. :mickey:

You can not make ADR's for Rainforest through WDW. You can call the Rainforest Cafe directly and make reservations. DTD 407-827-8500, Animal Kingdom 407-938-9100 :mickey:

Yes, call the Rain forest cafe directly and make reservations. You will want them. When we ate there in DTD, there were two lines at the podium, one for people with reservations, one for those without. Both lines were huge. The line moved much quicker for those who had them. (we were one of those people!:thumbsup:) Enjoy!

:blush: I don't know about the DTD RFC, but I made my reservations for the AK RFC through Disney Dining...the only exception to the normal rule is it has to be exactly 180 days or less....in other words the 180 plus 10 rule doesn't apply

Thank you, I'm going to call them directly. The reason I wanted an ADR was because of the line. Everytime we walk by that place is swamped! :mickey:

You can also join the Rainforest Club. It was only $10 when I joined and some of it goes to preserve the rainforests. I don't know if this helps you go to the front of the line in WDW but it does at our local restaurant.

I've found that most restaurants in DTD require you to call the restaurants number directly.... It's the same for Bongos......however when I called Bongos, they don't except advanced reservations, just day of priority seating
