Ticket sales locations?

Does anyone know if there is a ticket booth open at the International Gateway entrance to EPCOT? We need to get annual passes from vouchers we have and one member of our group needs to purchase a Park Hopper ticket.
Arriving at the Beach Club and it is a short walk to the International Gate.

Unless something has changed you should also be able to purchase all park media at guest services in each Disney World Resort as well
