I just read that in late September, the same time Pleasure Island closes, the Animal Kingdom will eliminate Pocahontas and Her Forest Friends with no replacement. I'll admit, I've never spent the time to visit this attraction on my 3 visits to WDW. However, my wife and I were wanting our children (who weren't around the last 3 trips) to check this out. Any attraction where there's not a 40 inch requirement is coveted by us these days. Sorry to see it go. I guess.
