OK... you're about to leave the MK, or Epcot, AK, or DHS. What is the LAST ride of the day or even your trip...

It's seems funny, but both times we've been to the world we rode TOT for are very last ride of the trip. Not planned just happened that way.:mickey:

I always try to make it to Magic Kingdom on the last day and usally the last ride is Pirates of the Carribean because then I go to Aloha Isle for my good-bye Dole Whip.

Last trip our last ride was Buzz Lightyear Space spin though.

Animal Kingdom - The Safari

We always are in MK the last day and somehow always end in Fantasyland. I like the IASM boat ride for our proper send off!

It's usually the last parade at MK and we've watched it in Frontierland. For some reason we always seem to be passing the Bears just before the last show so we stop in.

Epcot - Illuminations (I know, not a ride)

MGM - (it will always be MGM to my family) -

AK - It's Tough To Be A Bug. I know it's not a ride, but given that AK doesn't have many rides to begin with, this is ALWAYS our last thing to do before eating dinner at Rainforest Cafe before leaving the park.

Hmmm... Can't really say.... But MK is ALWAYS the last park we visit during our trip. Additionally, we always take a moment and turn and look back at the Castle, with tears in our eyes, wondering when we will be lucky enough to return........

MK - Mansion or Tea Cups (I'm CRAZZZZZZZYY on Tea Cups!!!)
Epcot - Test Track (if I ever ride anything there...I usually just visit Japan for food and Canada for music and watch Illuminations).
AK - Everest (again, if I ever do ride anything there - I use this park to relax).
DHS - Tower and I visit OMD QUITE often (it's where my boyfriend works).

We always end our trip in MK and our last ride is either IASW or BTMRR depending on who's on the trip. Our last food is always a Dole Whip Float! :mickey:

MK: On other days its Pooh
Epcot: SE
MGM: ToT
AK: Kali River Rapids (so we can get soaked without worrying!)

Then the last thing we always do is some last minute shopping! :party:

If it's the last ride of the day as the park is closing then it has to be the Jungle Cruise or the Safari at their respective parks.

Jungle Cruise, as always, lives or dies by the guide you have but as the night comes the good ones tend to get highly liberal with the script.

KSafari you need to get very last thing, but as evening comes and the weather is cooler the safari both moves sligthly slower and there are far more animals active.

I always like Tomorrowland in the evening- and have often done the TTA (of all things) last thing in the evening.

DHS - odd one since the last things I'd usually do are have a meal and watch Fantasmic. In attraction terms I'd say TOT.

On an opposite note - if I ride Spaceship Earth or the Carousel in MK then I would only EVER do those as the first ride of the day. Strange isn't it?

It really depends on the day. If I know I am returning to that park again during my stay, then I won't pack them all in.

My send-offs for each park - see you again - rides are:
AK - EE (or KRR if it is hot)
DS - RNRC
MK - PoTC or CoP
EPCOT - Soarin' or SE

My fave goodbye treat - cotton candy @ Confectioner's MK and Ghirardelli!

we don't really have a favorite "last" ride..
i do have a fav "first" ride (pp):thumbsup:
we mostly try to plan the end of the day around a fireworks display or parade.then back to the resort for a late night dip in the pool:cloud9:

MK is always our last park, and the last ride is usually It's a Small World! We also go to MK as our first park, and Small World is always our first ride! :mickey:

POTC. It is always our first and last ride of our trip. DH and I have made that our tradition on all of our trips together. We don't have one at any of the other parks.

You know, going back through and reading some of the posts after my initial one, I'm noticing a pretty good trend here.

I'm noticing for Epcot, majority is for SE, for MK the majority is POTC. IMO, GMTA! :D

MK-TTA (I know, kind of lame, but it's just so nice to relax and enjoy the sights as you go around..)
EPCOT-Test Track (I love going on it during Illuminations, sometimes, you can catch the fireworks while going round on the fast part outside...)

AK-EE (the only reason we go to AK, always on a EMH AM and ride it a few times)

Same here. POTC is the traditional first and last ride of every trip to DisneyWorld, dating back to 1974. :)
