Good counter-service sushi?

I was just wondering where I can go for some decent counter-service sushi anywhere in WDW?

I was hoping to go to a nice table restaurant with sushi, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen this time.

Any suggestions?

The counter service at Japan has good sushi.

I'll agree.The CS restaurant at Yakitori House in Japan is pretty good for sushi.We usually sit in the little Japanese garden behind it and eat.

Id say go for Yakitori House...but try to get to Tokyo Dining, CA Grill or Kimonos
theres a sushi bar in the Poly I hear but it might be temp.

It's not counter service but it has great sushi - Tokoyo Dining. It is a quick meal so you won't wait around for a long time.
