Are there any resturants in ws that don't take the ddp or are 2 credits?

As far as I can see from the DDP brochure the following TS restaurants are included:
Biergarten
Chefs de France
LeCellier
Nine Dragons
Akershus
Marrakesh
Rose & Crown
San Angel Inn
Tokyo Dining
Tutto Italia
The only 2 credit restaurant in World Showcase is Bistro De Paris, I believe and I don't see it listed.
If anybody has any other info please let the OP know.
