Bars around Contemporary

Ill be staying there 2 nights, eatin at CA Grill.
i know about the bar there i can go to if theres room.
where else in the area can i go to, possibly after the parks.

There may be a new lounge attached to the Wave? Not sure. There's Tambu Lounge at the Poly, and Mizner's at the Grand Floridian, as well as Narcoossee's, a nice place to grab a drink even if you aren't staying to dine.

I vote for "The Outer Rim" in The Grand Canyon Concourse too. They make a mean Margarita. :thumbsup:

I did some searching and according to the info I turned up says The Outer Rim will be closing on July 12th..next Saturday. Thats a drag..maybe it'll be replaced with something.
I can't imagine with all the corporate activity they wouldn't want to have a watering hole for the professional drinking crowd.

Too bad about Outer Rim:( Good place to go at off-hours. Made for a great cool-off place you could walk to from MK.
I always make a point to stop in one evening at Narcoosee's. Barstaff always nice. Seems to capture the right mix of Disney and Resort. For me anyway.

The bar at Wilderness Lodge is nice too. I like the one at Prime Time Cafe.

Other than that, there isn't much aside from DTD.

Yeah, they are nice. The latest thing I heard about Outer Rim was that it was going to close and be refurbed. I don't know when it's supposed to close or reopen.

i hope its open by early Sept..
Tambu is ok at Poly but small & crowded i hear w people waiting for Ohanas.
i also like the one in WL...wonder how late the boats run to Poly though
