I would go with the fastpass for Splash and then ride BTMRR (my sister wouldn't let me do it any other way--BTMRR is her favorite!)

Yes, that's our plan, too. We're not always first, but it's Splash-Big Thunder-Splash-Big Thunder right away, and then we can usually move on for while.

I like Splash Mountain better, but I believe I would pick Big Thunder Mountain. This is because I think Splash Mountain probably moves more people through it. I have never seen the line for Big Thunder shorter than Splash Mountain. Of course, I always go during the winter months.

BTMRR! If it is at opening, it is sometimes too cold for Splash and I don't like being WET the rest of the day! I rode with DH in March - no anxiety attack but SOPPING WET!

I actually did this two trips ago... I got to Frontierland and some CMs were there with a rope slowly walking to keep people from running ahead.

I opted for Splash Mountain and was in the first log of the day!
