Epcot Parking: what time do the parking lots open?

Hi - posted this on Vacation Planning but didn't get any response. :( Does anyone know what time the Epcot parking lot opens? We are trying to find out how we are going to get to Epcot in time for our 7:45 Segway tour. I think the monorail may be cutting it close?

I don't know the exact time but if the class is starting at 7.45 I would think the lot be open by 7.00am.

Just tell any attendant at the parking entrance that your there for the early Segway tour. If they're not open they'll let you in.
Also for the early tour (7:45am) you can't enter Epcot through the International Gateway in World Showcase..only the main entrance.
