question about appropriate post or not

My DD12 is involved in a video contest on another website. I know I can't post a link here to that site, but can I even mention it at all or how to get there and view her video/vote for her? I don't want to get in trouble by breaking any rules! thanks!

Can't you use it as your home page? That's what alligirl did awhile back with her daughter's video contest.

You certainly can use it as your homepage. However, you cannot start a thread simply to direct people to view it or in posts doing the same.

We have to be strict about these things or the boards would become one big advertisement sending folks to links and the main purpose of Disney vacation planning gets lost in the shuffle.
