Update on free internet?

Just wondering how it's working now? Last post (in May) said that the daily fee was charged to the room, but removed upon checkout (or never charged to the room at all).

Anyone staying on a friend's points/renting points have a different experience?

was there in the first week of june and it was not on the room charge.....

I was on my own points.........

I did have a problem connecting and had to call the help number and still no charge......

We were at the BWV in June and had no trouble connecting and it was not charged to the room at all.

We just got back from 3 weeks at WDW - 2 at BWV and 1 at SSR - we were not charged at BWV, but were charged at SSR, but they removed it as soon as I called them. It pays to check your bill. :)

We were at OKW for 8 days last month. Used the internet every day.
The morning we checked out we had a bill hanging on the door for 1 day's fee. I called to complain and was told that had changed systems during our stay and had some problems with charges being billed that shouldn't have been.
The charge was deleted while I was talking to the CM.
Irritating, but as long as it quickly resolved it was no big deal.

We were there in June and weren't charged. I did have some problems connecting on occasion, but other than that, there wasn't any real issues.
