It's #3 on the INTERCOT Magic Kingdom Guide Map (http://www.intercot.com/themeparks/magickingdom/maps/magickingdom.asp). Look to the right of Cinderella Castle in Fantasyland.

The Fairytale Garden Theater is most often used for the Storytime with Bell show.
