Winter Discounts

If WDW were to offer winter discounts, how far in advance would they release them? I received a pin code in the mail, but it is only good through Sept and there is no way I could afford to go so soon. I am looking at mid Nov early Dec. Any insight from anyone who are repeat visitors and know how Disney does specials?:mickey:

The discounts (if any) should come out in August or September, so you probably have a couple of months until they are announced.
