Was on the phone at EXACTLY 7 am, was on hold for no more than 20 seconds, and done and off the phone by 7:06 AM.

Booked Le Celier only 15 minutes from my original ADR time.

I was on the horn by 7 am to book our Candlelight Processional package - for December 21st. I didn't get through until 7:20...and then I was told that since it included dining, and since I didn't check into a resort until the 21st that I couldn't book and had to call back tomorrow. I thought it was odd, but figured I'd call back tomorrow. At 7:45 am I received a phone call from Disney, same CM who I had been speaking with 25 minutes earlier, and she said "I made a mistake! We can book you now - I am so sorry and I wanted to call you back and ensure you got the date and time you wanted."

I was in shock - that is true Disney magic at work. I am going to send a nice thank-you letter to Disney regarding this CM. Who would've taken that time and not just said "ah well...she'll call back tomorrow" ???

Anyway, we booked Biergarten as DS4 and DD6 just had German food for the first time on Father's Day and LOVED IT! I'm excited to add this restaurant to our arsenal! :)

CAN'T WAIT!

I was also on line at 7am this morning. I got thru at 7:40 and spoke to a very nice CM named Joanne. There was no availibility for December 12th but she was able to get me December 11th at the times I wanted. I wanted to be flexible on this as this is our first visit to WDW during the Holiday Season and my DH first visit to Le Cellier. I am so very happy because I had been trying to get resies at Le Callier for the last two weeks with no success. Now I can plan the rest of my week around this reservation and the MVMCP I have booked on December 9th. Patience is a virture when planning your WDW trips.

My fear is to call and not get anything that I want...I am glad to know that they are taking the CP reservations...I know that I want this one because I dont want to stand in line for 2 hours to stand and see it...

I was on the phone at 7:00 a.m. and finally managed to get through at 7:20-ish. I had three nights to change to CP packages. I managed to improve one time, one got worse, and one stayed the same. I went from a 4:50 to a 5:35 at the Coral Reef on December 3rd (I'm a little worried about the distance and time). For December 4th I went from a 4:50 to a 5:05 at Le Cellier. December 6th I was able to keep 5:00 p.m. at the Rose and Crown. We booked three nights since a CM friend will be in the CP and is asking to sing one of the nights we are there. I’m still a little bummed about the narrators.

:mickey: That's awesome! Not very many CM's would do that, I think... that was very kind of her. Glad you got your ADR's! (We did, too!) :D

WOOOO HOOOOO! I just upgraded my Le Cellelier booking for Dec 10. I was originally booked for 7:55 (kinda late) but I just called (6:30am Pacific/9:30am Eastern) and got a 5:15 reservation for the 8:15 show. They obviously hold onto a few spots at all the restaurants for the package. I'm SOOOOOO HAPPPPPYYYYYY.

I called at 7:00 (6:00 my time) this morning - on hold for about 45 minutes, but was able to get what I wanted when I wanted it for the Candlelight Processional for 12/13. Was a long wait, but I am sure it was worth it. I am soooooo ready to go.....:mickey:

I called at 7 but i got busy signals until 7:15ish. Then when I got through I was on hold for about 28 minutes. When the CM got on the phone, he sounded EXHAUSTED. I don't know if it's cause it was early or if it had already been that crazy there. Anyway, we got ressies for Dec 10 at 5:30 at Teppen Edo for the 8:15 show. We are so excited, this is our first time to Disney during the holidays. We are going to MVMCP, we got Le Ceiller one night and the rest of our dinner ressies worked out perfectly. And to top it off, I think we might get engaged down there, if he can wait that long! 168 more days!!!!! :mjump:

It took me about 50 minutes- the cats got really tired of me singing along with the hold music, but I got dinner at 9 dragons and the 8:15 on 12/14. I wonder who our celebrity will be?:mickey:

I was offline for the weekend and didn't realize they were booking CP packages today! I just happened on allears.net about an hour ago and saw the update. I got 1 of 2 remaining tables at Coral Reef for 5:30pm. *phew*

I called at 5:59 CT, was on hold 40 minutes, disconnected (accidentally), fell off a chair from standing position while trying to address the connection. I called back, was on hold for about 10 minutes and got LeCellier CP package on the 9th !!! SCORE!!!

No problems..less than 5 minuteson hold and got where we wanted at the time we wanted. Spent more time on the phone discussing who was the best narrator than I spent on hold.

Was on hold for 1 min. Wasn't able to obtain 1st choice for restaurant, but did get 2nd choice which after mulling over the schedue in my brain is actually the better of the two choices. So, we are set for Dec 6th. What a relief!

You are in for a treat. We saw it for the first time 2 years ago and even if we are not on vacation during the holidays, we will always make a one day trip just for this event. Nothing puts you in the Holiday Spirit more than the CP.
