August Attendance

My family and I are going to WDW at the end of August. We were looking at the park closing times and realized that all of the parks close earlier than in July. (When we usually go.) I was just wondering how busy the parks are this time of year compared to July? We are used to it being REALLY busy, just curious.:mickey:

At the end of August it's not bad at all. Early and mid August very busy. However, the end of August starts the "free" dining promotion so that will bump crowds up somewhat and ensures the restaurants are absolutely nuts.

Actually, even mid-August isn't that bad. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at late-August if you are used to the large July crowds. Have a great trip!

Crowds begin to decrease around mid-August and you'll find it pleasantly uncrowded by the end of the month.

Attendence really does drop because by the end of August so many schools have started again.
