Splash Terrace?

I'm just trying to figure out what Splash Terrace is. I saw it on the Dining Tournament and the only place with Splash in the name that I can find on disneyworld.com is Splash Grill and Deli. Am I missing out on a great Disney eatery??

Yea, that's it... Thanks for posting that.... Birnbaums calls it Splash Terrace, they keft out the grill part...
