We're staying at a 1-BR unit in OKW this August and I can't remember what type of coffee filters the coffee makers there take - the cone filters or the basket filters?

Anybody recollect what type? We need our morning :coffee: and I want to make sure we bring the right kind of filters....

Thanks all.

I believe they are the MR. Coffee basket filters if I remember correctly.

Basket filters.

You can always use a paper towel as the filter in case you run out!

Is that true for all of the DVC resorts? We leave for AKV soon.

All of the coffee pots in all of the DVC resorts I've stayed in have been basket filters. Can't imagine that they would make them different at AKL.

I buy the coffee pods (coffee in a prepacked filter) made by Maxwell House that come in a square blue container, whch are fairley inexpensive. These coffee pods make a 4 or 6 cup pot of coffee. I usually put two pods in if I am making a 12 cup pot. However, one pod works great for the small 4 cup pots as well. Purchasing these this way is much more convenient than having to buy coffee that you have to measure and coffee filters. I just take them out of their container, put them in a freezer ziploc bag, press the air out and they pack nice and flat in between my things in my suitcase.

We always use the Maxwell House coffee pods as well, they are great for traveling!
