How Long?

I sent customer service an email 2 weeks ago today. It was a question about a wooden bowl that I had bought in AK. When I went to wash the bowl for the 1st time, all the stain started to come off....actually to pour off. Not only did it stain my hands like a henna, it stained my kitchen sink, which I did eventually get cleaned. My question to Disney was "Is this bowl food safe as there was no mention of it not being food safe, either on the bowl on in the store where I purchased it." I have also bought the salad tongs to go along with the bowl and am now afraid to either wash or use the tongs also.
I was just wondering how long does it take for Disney to answer?

I've heard of cases where it's taken up to a month, and other cases when they never replied at all (although those cases weren't similar to yours).
