Who is ready for the Ultimate Disney Dining Tournament???

A field of 128 restaurants, food courts, and snack locations have been chosen, seeded, and ready for your votes...

Voting will begin on Monday.. Since this will be pretty long, voting will be held to 2 days per match up....

There are 16 regions, with 8 restaurants per region.... Each region will have a name... List of all regions coming later today....

I hope you all enjoy this tournament... I am also finishing up the 10 edition of SURVIVOR: Disney Villains... Look for that once this tournament is over...

OK here are the regions and the seedings for each region... The tournament has been set up as follows: 1 vs. 8, 4 vs. 5, 3 vs. 6, and 2 vs. 7.... Some of the restaurants may have had a name change recently, and I was unable to get the new name, some may have shut down too.... If you are confused as to what the restaurant serves or where it is, consult the Intercot information section of the website...

Yes, you have to follow that formula for each region.... I'll post 1st round match ups later tonight or tomorrow...

Ok here is the way the tournament will break down:

1. Each region consists of 8 places to dine
2. The first round will feature 4 contest per region
3. The winners move on in their region
4. Once we have a winner from each region, those winners will face each other until one dining place stands tall.....

Round one will be set up like this:

Seed 1 will face Seed 8
Seed 4 will face Seed 5
Seed 3 will face Seed 6
Seed 2 will face Seed 7

For instance, in Snow White Region:

Cinderella's Royal Table will face Toluca Turkey Legs Co
Plaza Restaurant will face Todd English's Bluezoo
1900 Park Face will face Sommerfest
Citricos will face McDonald's

The winner of 1/8 will face the winner of 4/5, and the winner of 3/6 will face the winner of 2/7... The last restaurant will represent their region....

Once the first round is over, I will describe how the tournament stacks up, and who faces who... If anyone gets confused, feel free to ask questions...

Voting begins Monday with Snow White, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Minnie Mouse regions....

I have a website set up to keep track of this tournament... I am trying to find out how to link it the right way... Once I find out, I will link to the site and you all can follow along, to see how the tournament is going....

This is going to be a long tournament.... If you see any restaurants that are no longer there, or have a name change... Fear not... I needed 128 restaurants so I had to resort to some older places...
