:cool:Hey just wondering if anyone has ever seen celebrities while on vacation at WDW? We have seen a few over the years...Sigourney Weaver with her daughter at Animal Kingdom, David Robinson and his family at Rainforest, but the most memorable was Hulk Hogan and his family in 99. This was a really big deal to my DS because he was a teen and Hulk's biggest fan. We were staying at the same resort (Poly) and the first night we saw just Hulk and Linda, my DS spoke "hey Hulk" and we repeated it, finally Hulk said "Hey little man" back to my DS, which totally made his day. The next day we saw the whole Hogan family by the pool and people were running up to Hulk, sticking a camera in his face and trying to strike up conversations. I told my DS we weren't going to bother him like that because he was on vacation with his family and he should be entitled to relax as were all were. I actually felt sorry for him, but I guess that's the price you pay when you are celebrity status.

We saw Neil Patrick Harris in line for RR the night he was doing the CP reading.

We saw Whoophi Goldberg near Splash Mountain one time, but her security guards wouldn't let anyone take pictures or get near her. :(

....I accidentally rammed Barry Bonds with a stroller in Fantasyland about ten years ago. I apologized all over the place, he just looked at me. Not one of my stellar moments.

You mean beSIDES Jack Sparrow?.:cloud9:...We saw Jordan Sparks waving from the castle a few weeks ago while making the commercial shown during the Idol finale. We were pretty much just jealous cause she was up in the castle and we weren't...
And we saw some British host whose name I can't come up with for the life of me, obviously being escorted around with his family, and enjoying the attention. Thought he was Robin Leach at first, but he was too tall and too young. I'm determined to figure this one out. Smiled at me, and I thought about asking for a picture, but glad I didn't. A little arrogant, and the "Excuse, Mr. Leach" wouldn't have gone over too well, I guess.

A few years ago we saw Kimora Lee Simmons, Russell and her girls at the Magic Kingdom - at the end of the bridge leading from Crystal Palace to Liberty Square. They were getting a family photo taken - was pretty neat!

MANY years ago we saw Lorenzo Lamas at EPCOT, more recently Regis & Kelly at one of the parade filming's.

I saw Chris Noth walking thru Lake Placid on the 4th of July, 1998, can I count that as a celebrity citing? Afterall, he is Mr Big!!! It just wasn't at WDW....

In April of 2007 Corbin Bleu bumped into me in Epcot. I may have bumped into him I'm not sure. He was walking with a bunch of security people but I did not see him because I was looking out over the Lagoon. All of a sudden there were people all around taking my picture  (I know I truly am blonde) and I wondered why they were taking my picture. Anyway we bumped into each other just as they were leading him through a fenced in area of the American Pavillion and all I caught sight of was his hair. I thought it was him but I had not seen his face so DH pointed him out on a HM t-shirt and said "that is the guy who bumped into you". I still wonder how many people have pictures of me with Corbin?
On the same trip we were staying at the AKL and DH was working out early one morning and Zac Efron was working out near him. They were the only ones in there, well him and his security guards. Our DD's were so mad because they were not with us. They asked DH why he didn't get them an autograph. He said because I'm sure he did not want some 39 year old man bothering him during his workout.

On our last trip, we saw Zac Effron & Nick Lachey in Epcot. Couldn't get close because they were filming something for a High School Musical special. Funny thing was that my DD15 & her friend walked back to the area a little later to get some pictures, but only Nick Lachey was still there. They watched for a little while and then went shopping. About a half hour later, my DD passed Nick (I think she said in MouseGears) and he smiled & said hello to her. She said hi back, and kept walking. I asked where why she didn't stop & ask for a picture, and her comment was, "I don't really like his choice in women, and besides, he's old". Now if it had been Hayden Christensen...you wouldn't be able to pry her off him. :D

I had my picture taken with Neal Smith, who played defensive lineman for the Kansas City Chiefs at the time, and he later played for the Denver Broncos. We noticed something amusing when we looked at the picture after we got home. Both of us are tall. I'm guessing Neal is about 6'4'', and I was about 6'6'' at the time. He is also just a big guy in general. The background of our picture clearly shows the sign for "It's a Small World." :D

We also saw Michael and Janet Jackson on Space Mountain once. The Cast Members had brought them in through a back door, and they were already in the rocket before we noticed them.

I have to admit it! I was thinking EXACTLY like you. :high5: I wouldn't even consider him a celebrity.

We saw Howie Mandel eating at the bar at Beaches n Cream back in Dec of 93 - he still had curly hair back then. He ended up having to leave when people started recognizing and approaching him.

On the same trip we saw the guy (can't remember his name) who played the manager of the station on the TV show WKRP in Cincinati. We were all standing in line to get on an attraction in Future World at Epcot.

Tom Lehman, the golfer, when he was staying at the Polynesian. He was swinging a club while waiting for his car to take hime to the Disney tournament. I almost walked into that swing. Nice guy.

Also saw Curtis Strange a couple of years later at the next table at Narcoosee's.

My sighting was just last week! While entering the MK on Thurs. for the Pirates and Princess Party I see a couple of people standing at the beginning of Main Street waiting for someone. Like many have mentioned caught up in the magic didn't pay attention to the people around me. So my DH said "Did u just notice Joey Fatone?" But of course I didn't so I look back and yup it was him alittle scruffy but I was so glad to see him since I love the Singing Bee show he hosts. I didn't bother him though since he was with his family I assume and I find it rude to cut in on family time like that. But it was cool seeing a celeb enjoying the magic.

Back in the day when MGM opened we got to meet the late (great) Jim Henson. He was the nicest man, took pictures with everyone, happy to sign autographs, he even spoke to someone in Kermit's voice which was really fun! :kermit:

Was it Gordon Jump? He's been on tons of other tv shows, and I think he was even the Maytag Repairman in the commercials!

We saw Carl Ripken Jr. getting on the monorail from the GF on one trip. Last Nov, we were standing next to Mick Foley (WWE wrestler, aka Mankind, Cactus Jack) and his son during the MK opening countdown. I was glad to see everyone left him alone - his son looked to be about 7 or 8 years old - so he was really excited about the opening!
