Does this phrase mean counter or table service?

Hoping I do not come across totally dumb, but for the below restaurant info, does that mean counter service for dinner on the DDP? It is the description for the new T-REX Cafe in DTD. I am planning our early Dec trip and trying to schedule our ADR's.

T-Rex Cafe has been announced through several official press releases as a Table Service Restaurant--waltdisneyworld.com appears to be listing the above in error.

Also, to date, it has not been announced whether or not the location will participate in the Disney Dining Plan. As a third party restaurant, it is not certain that it will participate.
