ADR time for Cali Grill?

What time should I book my ADR for Cali Grill if we want to try to catch the fireworks? I am planning on booking it for Friday December 5th. Since Decembers hours are not out yet I am trying to wing it. Last year they had wishes at 6, but since I won't know that for sure at the time of booking I was thinking of trying to watch the holiday wishes instead. MVMCP is scheduled for 12/5 and I think the fireworks are at 9:30. Does any-one know this for sure? There will be four in my party and we generally do not order appetizers. Just entree and desert. We are also not big drinkers. I was thinking of an ADR for 8ish. Does this sound right?

1) Typically, you should have ADR for 1½-2 hrs ahead of fireworks.
2) People will stay at their tables that long for a view.
3) Of course, you can come back and have access to the observation deck.

I don't know about that time of year, but we were just there on May 12. Fireworks were at 10pm so we had ressies at 9:20pm and told them we were willing to wait for a window seat.

I would imagine that's harder during the winter though when the fireworks are earlier. Not many people want to eat dinner at 10pm, but almost everyone would at 6pm.
