Birthday Ideas

We're going down in August for my Dad's 46th birthday. We have ADRs for Hoop-De-Do the night of our arrival that he does not know about. I'd like to be able to surprise him with something else as well, perhaps something waiting in the room, but I am clueless. Does anyone have any ideas for a great birthday surprise? :party:
