Wine & Dine Plan?

Has anyone tried the wine & dine plan?

Is it worth $39.00 a night or would you be better just buying a bottle of wine at dinner? I don't want to pay $39 for a $25 bottle of wine.

I asked for input a while back from people who've done it and so far nothing. I have a little experience with wine pricing at Disney and it seems to me that the only way this is a good deal would be if the entire list is open for the plan and that's only considering the 250% markup on WDW restaurant wines. For instance, I have no problem with Saint M Reisling... I'm not going to pay $35.99 for it whether I have a view of the castle or not. I'm certainly not going to use a $40 wine coupon for it. I also don't want to be told that the $175 Silverado Cab (marked up from $70) isn't available on the plan because it's a reserve.

I agree. I'm too familiar either. We always order one of the cheaper bottles which are usually 26-32 so I'm curious to find out what the bottles of wines cost that are included. Maybe someone will eventually know.
