Kingdom Tower Question

My husband and I really want to buy in. Would it be best to buy a small amount of points from resale to buy into the DVC so we have first dibs or wait and just buy all of our points with the Kingdom Tower? Thanks!

Very hard to say - not least because there is no official announcement yet that Kingdom Tower (or whatever name it ends up as) will actually be DVC. Also current members may not get 'first dibs' even though they have occasionally in the past.
