Father's Day events?

Does anyone know if Disney does anything special at WDW for Father's Day on June 15? We will be celebrating my DH at the parks that day for all he does for us (he's the real reason we can take this trip at all). But I was just wondering if anything was going on at the parks or resorts.

We were there for Father's Day last year and I don't remember any special events. We were there with my FIL & MIL, so we let FIL pick what he wanted to do. Since they paid for most things we treated him (and everyone else) to lunch at Le Cellier that day.
So if there end up being no special events you could just let your DH decide what he wants to do that day or go to his favorite park and eat at a favorite restaraunt. Whatever you decide I'm sure it will be great since you're spending it at Disney! :mickey:

We've been there on Father's Day several times and never saw anything official done for it.

Although, getting a Father's Day pin from my daughter each year was plenty special enough for me...;)

Father's Day at WDW is just another day.

We will be there as well for Fathers Day this year. I ordered a gift for him from the Disney Florist. It will only be the second day of our trip so I got the 7-different-beer and Pirate Hat gift. Don't tell! :secret:

That way, he can come back to the BWV and sit on the balcony with his beer and relax while the girls sleep.
