Park Capacity for EMH

On the days that the park reaches capacity and no one else can get in to the park (including resort guest), when the park closes for non resort guest for EMH will I be able to get in for EMH then? I will be staying on site.

There won't be any EMH on days the parks reach capacity, at least not nighttime EMH. The folks at Disney know in advance which days the parks are likely to reach capacity, and they will not schedule an EMH on those days.
