Disney hidden treasure or Secrets

Does anyone have any Disney hidden treasure or Secrets they would like to share with me that is not in any of the park Maps for schedules

I have look in the Info Central page and found

At Epcot on nights where they have EMH, usually about 30 minutes to an hour after Illuminations, they do a burn/blast-off of the fire barge to get rid of any remaining fuel before taking it back-stage. They will make a special announcement before they do it, and it's really cool, a little scary even.

You might want to ask a CM for the specific time they do this, because I'm not sure exactly.

I have also seen this GIANT explosion in the center of world showcase lagoon. Its incredible! You should go for a seat in the mexican outdoor resteraunt right by the shore, or stand on the bridge out by italy. They make an announcement and then count down. Be prepared for a real surprise. (Maybe not the best thing to let little ones see)
