At over 500 acres, Disney's Animal Kingdom is not only the largest WDW theme park, but the largest theme park Dinsey has ever created. It is almost five times the size of WDW's Magic Kingdom and 40 percent larger than EPCOT, which is approximately 300 acres. In contrast, California's Disneyland is about 160 acres and Tokyo Disneyland, about 115 acres.
