Is it possible to just have Sushi in the lounge at the Cali Grill without making Ressies?I remember that they had the best California Roll we ever ate.

If they have the space available, you can do that, yes. Some nights, it fills up. You do have to check in at the podium to be taken upstairs. You could also make an ADR and just get the sushi. It's acceptable and you would be sure to have a table.

Is it possible, yes. It depends on the crowd level and the amount of people already hanging at the bar. Chances are if you can't get an ADR, they probably aren't letting people up without one. It's always worth a shot, though. Oh, yeah, it's always easier to get up without and ADR really early, like 5:30 or 6p (that way they figure you'll be gone before the fireworks).

If you go early, right after they open, you shoulsd not have a problem.
