Reservation phone number

I just tried to call the number for dining reservations and it says that the number is inactive and gave me a number that is not toll free. Does anyone know why they changed their number?:(

There has never been an advertised toll free number.
From time to time, people will find an 800 number that seems to work for a while- but never too long.
