Boatwrights & Carriage Ride

The evening of our arrival, we have a 6:20 pm reservation at Boatwrights. I thought it would be a good time for a carriage ride afterwards to sort of ease into our vacation. I'm thinking I should call and make a reservation for the ride, but am unsure of what time to set. How much time do you think I should allow for dinner if we want to ride right after eating?

I booked my dinner about an hour before the carriage ride. However I had an early 5 pm dinner so we were the first to be seated at Boatwrights. We had enough time to eat dinner and enjoy our apple pies.

I would suggest about an 7:45 pm, so you dont feel rushed.
