Hey everyone,
My DW has been asked by our local Hospice and KidsPath organization to come up with some tips and must do's for other families that are planning trips with their children. (We have become the local experts)

We have alot of tips already like the GAC, knowing your priorities, listening to your kids, preparing for the weather, getting a pass stating the stroller is a wheelchair, etc.. If anyone would like to help us contribute to this list to make sure these special families have the most magical trip possible since there is a good chance this will be their only trip please post them here and we will pass them on.

Thanks everyone. :mickey:

My Top Ten tip for families with children (with disabilities or not) is to take an afternoon break from the parks. This is, of course, easier if you are staying on property. Even though DS is now older and "sturdier," I'm the one who now benefits from this tip, as my fatigue has racheted up quite a bit from treatment.
